Rohit’s reflections on the IND vs ENG 1st ODI
During the match, Rohit Sharma did not perform well with the bat, getting out for just two runs against Saqib Mohammad. Reflecting on the team’s performance, Rohit said in the post-match presentation, “Pretty happy. We all knew we are playing this format after a long time. I thought right from the beginning we played as per expectation. They did start well but the way we came back was superb. We wanted a leftie in the middle.”
