The IPL auction 2026 is to be held in Abu Dhabi on December 16, and as many as 359 players will go under the hammer. But to cater to the immense anticipation for the event, former India cricketer R Ashwin came up with a mock auction of his own. There were a few surprises along the way, but certain events were on the expected lines.
Cameron Green went on to become the most expensive purchase, with a total bid of 21 cr by Team Chennai. There were bids by Kolkata too, but it was the Men in Yellow, who got the services of the Aussie all-rounder. InsideSport takes a look at the entire list of Ashwin mock auction for IPL 2026.
