BCCI has announced India’s next series after the T20 World Cup 2026. Afghanistan will travel for a one-off Test and a 3-match ODI series in June. This means Shubman Gill, Rohit Sharma, and Virat Kohli will be playing for India after 6 months as preparations for the ODI World Cup 2027 begin.
PCB fine cricketers
In a shocking turn of events, the PCB will reportedly place a fine of PKR 5 million (INR 16.20 lakh) on every player of the T20 World Cup squad for the Pakistan team’s performance. This amount is more than what a Grade B centrally contracted player earns in a season.
