With all eight teams set for the Champions Trophy, let’s take a look at all the captains who are set to lead their respective camps and check their ODI records as well.

The Champions Trophy 2025 is a key opportunity for all eight captains to etch their names into the golden books alongside those who have already clinched the prestigious silverware. From MS Dhoni to Ricky Ponting, and more recently, Sarfaraz Ahmed, who led Pakistan to victory in the last Champions Trophy, the list of champions is illustrious. This time as well, many captains will be aiming for glory, whether it’s India’s skipper, Bangladesh’s leader, or Australia’s captain, everyone is eager to perform.

As the teams are set, several changes have come into play. On one hand, India is going without Jasprit Bumrah, while Australia are without their regular captain Pat Cummins, as well as Mitchell Starc and Mitchell Marsh. Many things will be under light, and from the Indian side, fans will expect Rohit Sharma to perform well.
