Australia then took a 1-0 lead in the series by defeating India by 4 wickets in Melbourne. In the next game in Hobart, India bounced back with a five-wicket win. Suryakumar Yadav and co. then followed it up with a 48-run win in the 4th T20I in Queensland to take a 2-1 lead in the series.
