Ever since the Rome Paralympics in 1960, USA and Great Britain have dominated the proceedings in the event, with China emerging as a strong player in the last few editions. In the last two editions, India has pulled up its socks too, but it is way behind table leader USA, who have 2,283 medals to their name, compared to our 31.
Last time around at Tokyo 2020, India had clinched 19 medals, and Paris Paralympics is an opportunity to surpass that mark.
