Andrew Tate and the ‘Talisman’ Tate have been set free from their house arrest. The Bucharest court, citing insufficient evidence, declared their release with an official order. Nevertheless, there’s a twist—the brothers won’t be permitted to leave the Romanian borders. While they regain their freedom, they must keep their distance from other defendants, witnesses, and the alleged victims, and their families, as ordered by the court.

Tate took to Twitter and shared his relief after 10 long months, with 3 spent in jail and 7 under house arrest, enduring asset seizures amounting to 15 million euros. Despite an indictment based on flimsy grounds, the case was handed to a Judge who found the evidence weak and circumstantial, leading to his release from house arrest. However, he must remain within the confines of Romania.

On the other hand, Tristan Tate,, expressed his views on getting freed from house arrest by the judges. He shrugged off the fake screenshots and accusations spread by naysayers on various platforms. Having faced two years of running an account portraying him as “guilty,” he stood his ground, emphasizing the importance of justice, law, and concrete evidence. Triumphantly, he declared his freedom.

Top G’s spokesperson Mateea Petrescu stated, “This positive outcome gives us confidence that more favorable developments are on the horizon.” And this is how his fans and close ones also feel. Here’s how they reacted to this news.

Indeed, while Andrew Tate, Tristian Tate, and the other two defendants have been granted their freedom, they are confined to the boundaries of Bucharest municipality and Ilfov County. Any movement beyond these regions requires prior approval from the judge. Despite the limitations, their newfound liberty is undoubtedly a great relief for them and his supporters.
