Garcia and Davis have continued their trash-talk in the build-up to this bout. The two had a fiery press conference to promote the event and went at it. However, among all the insults, both fighters also showed their confidence. And ‘KingRy’ has now revealed what he thinks is Tank’s weakness.

Ryan Garcia explains Gervonta Davis’ weakness
Garcia recently joined Logan Paul for an episode of Impaulsive. He spoke about a whole host of topics on the podcast. And at one point, when referring to Davis’ fight against Rolando Romero, Garcia said, “And, if you look at it, yes, he knocked him out. But was he in control of the fight? I would debate that he wasn’t.”
The 23-0 boxer then explained, “With Rolly, he didn’t have a moment of, ‘oh I’m in control of this’. He was really, genuinely worried about getting knocked out because the guy had a heavy hand. So he stayed on the backfoot a lot.”
Thus, these comments from Garcia show that he is not worried about Davis because he believes he can control the fight. However, Paul then pointed out to Garcia that Davis could still catch him. To this, Garcia replied, “He can’t shoot straight shots because he’s too small.”
Therefore, the comments from Garcia prove that he does not rate anything other than Davis’ power. And while Davis has power, Garcia seems very confident that he can avoid getting into a situation where ‘Tank’ will get to use the power.
