Lightweight superstars Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis and Ryan Garcia will finally meet this weekend. The two will headline a PBC and Showtime card at the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, on Saturday, April 22. Both fighters have promised knockouts and given they are two of the biggest stars in the division, you can expect this to be classic.
The two lightweights will compete in the main event of a 10-fight card which also features a title bout in the co-main event. David Morrell will face Yamaguchi Falcao for the WBA World Super Middleweight title. In addition, the card features several other undefeated young fighters.
Other boxing events this weekend
While the Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia bout will get all the attention, there are two other entertaining events this weekend. Matchroom Boxing will host the Shavkat Rakhimov vs Joe Cordina bout. The two will compete for the IBF World Super Featherweight title. Both are undefeated and will look to continue their streak.
If these two events were not good enough, fans can also tune into the Alen Babic vs Lukasz Rozanski event. The two will compete for the vacant WBC Bridgerweight title. Both fighters are yet to taste defeat and therefore, there is a lot at stake for Babic and Rozanski.
