Previously owing to an injury suffered by Liv Morgan the tag team titles were vacated. Thereafter, a Fatal Four-Way Match was announced for the vacated titles. The participants of the match included Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, Bayley and IYO Sky, Chelsea Green, and Sonya Deville, and Raquel Rodriguez and Shotzi.
However, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler emerged victorious in the Fatal Four-Way Match and were crowned as the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Check out what happened in the match.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Fatal Four-Way Match
The match began with Raquel Rodriguez, Ronda Rousey, and Chelsea Green. Soon Bayley tagged in and Raquel slammed her. Raquel then took down Shayna Baszler. However, Rousey tagged in and took her down.
Moving ahead, Chelsea Green took control of the match and took down Ronda Rousey before taking out Raquel Rodriguez. Following that, IYO Sky and Shotzi attacked each other, meanwhile, Shotzi jumped onto Ronda. Rousey locked in the armbar on Shotzi and the latter tapped out.
Thus, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler defeated Bayley and IYO Sky, Raquel Rodriguez, and Shotzi, and Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green to become the new WWE women’s Tag Team Champions.
