Indian esports is officially gearing up for a monumental year in the world esports scene. The Esports Foundation has just made an announcement that S8UL and GodLike Esports have been chosen for the prestigious 2026 Club Partner Program. The two esports giants will be joining 38 other world-renowned esports clubs in a global initiative to build a highly sustainable esports ecosystem.
S8UL Returns in EWC 2026 and Godlike Made its Debut
For S8UL, this will be their second consecutive year in the program. After making history last year by becoming the first-ever Indian organization to make it into the program, the four-time Esports Awards winners are looking to build heavily on their past momentum.
S8UL is looking to go even bigger with their performance and activities, especially after a highly successful 2025 run, which saw them hold watch parties in 12 different cities across India.
GodLike Esports, one of the most highly anticipated debuts in the world of esports, is finally here. After dominating the mobile gaming scene and sporting one of the most passionate fanbases in the country, GodLike Esports is set to carry the Indian flag alongside S8UL.
GodLike Esports hopes to use this opportunity to not only expand to new markets but to provide large-scale experiences that go beyond the norm.

The Road to EWC 2026
As part of the Club Partner Program, both Indian organizations will roll out fresh creator collaborations, digital campaigns, and live community events in the coming months. All of this momentum leads directly to the Esports World Cup 2026, set to take place in Riyadh from July 6 to August 23.
With a $20 million fund allocated annually, each participating club can get up to $1 million (approximately INR 9.4 crore) in funds. This will be a strategic boost to help the participating esports teams grow globally, creating more content and engaging with more fans leading up to the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026.
