New Zealand and West Indies played their first ever match around 68 years ago in Christchurch. WI went on to win that game and since then both sides have went on to play some exciting cricket matches including the famous 2019 World Cup clash.
While NZ are slightly ahead in the longest and the shortest formats, West Indians have a small advantage in the ODIs. To note, both WI & NZ were last involved in a bilateral series in August 2022.
