With the revised fixtures of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 announced, all 10 teams will begin with their final preparations. Bangladesh vs Scotland on October 3 in Sharjah will officially mark the beginning of the tournament. The final will take place in Dubai on October 20.
With Australia winning six out of the eight ICC Women’s T20 World Cup titles, they will once again be the favourites for the competition. However, considering the tournament will take place in subcontinent conditions, India Women’s Cricket Team could pose a challenge.
India will begin their challenge against New Zealand on October 4. The big India vs Pakistan clash is on October 6. The top two teams from A & B will qualify for the semifinals on October 17 & 18 respectively.
However, before the tournament begins, there will be 10 warm-up matches starting September 28. India will face West Indies and South Africa in the warm-ups on Sep 29 and Oct 1, respectively.
