The Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) on Wednesday felicitated star cricketers Ravindra Jadeja and Cheteshwar Pujara for their contribution to Indian cricket ahead of the third IND vs ENG 3rd Test in Rajkot.
Both Jadeja and Pujara have been an integral part of the Team India’s success in the longest format of the game. While Pujara has completed 100 Test matches for India, Jadeja is still going strong and holds the number one position in the ICC’s Test all-rounder rankings.
Jadeja will be seen in action in the third Test, starting on Thursday (February 15), while Pujara will return to represent Saurashtra in the Ranji Trophy.
Meanwhile, the SAC has also officially changed the name of the Rajkot Stadium after former BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah.
