A review meeting of India cricket team’s performance in IND vs AUS Test series is all set to take place at the BCCI headquarters at 5 PM on Saturday. As per Times of India, head coach Gambhir, skipper Rohit Sharma, chief selector Ajit Agarkar will meet with BCCI officials at 5 PM. The agenda of the meeting is to review the team’s performance in the recently concluded Test series. The future of veterans in Tests including the Hitman and Virat Kohli hangs in the balance after consistent failures in the five-match series.

Gambhir has come under-fire for not delivering results as promised after taking over the reins from Rahul Dravid. Additionally, reports had also claimed that he was not engaging in discussions with the selectors over the team selection. Meanwhile, reports also claimed that Rohit and Gambhir were not on the same page when it came to selection.
Rohit Sharma is facing flak for failing consistently with the bat, both in the top-order and the middle-order. In five innings, he only managed to score 31 runs in IND vs AUS Test series, that ended with the Indian skipper dropping himself out of the playing XI for the 5th Test.
