Ashwani Kumar

Ashwani Kumar is a talented left-arm fast bowler from Jhanjeri, Mohali, born on August 29, 2001. He began his professional cricket journey with Punjab, making his debut in the 2019–20 Ranji Trophy. His performances in domestic cricket continued to rise as he featured in List A and T20 matches, debuting in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in December 2021 and the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in October 2022.

In recognition of his skills and potential, Ashwani Kumar was acquired by the Mumbai Indians for the 2025 IPL season.
