No time to rest: Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma sweat it out at nets ahead of IND vs AFG 2nd T20I

Notably, Virat Kohli will be playing his first T20I since 2022 on Sunday.

India’s veteran duo Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma sweat it out at nets on Saturday during Team India’s practice session at Holkar Stadium ahead of the IND vs AFG 2nd T20I.

Kohli, who landed in Indore on Saturday noon, was captured batting in nets alongside Rohit Sharma. Notably, Kohli will be playing his first T20I since 2022 on Sunday. The 35-year-old had opted out of the opening game against Afghanistan due to personal reasons.

Meanwhile, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma, who had a disappointing outing in the first T20I, also grinded hard in nets.

Notably, The two remaining games against Afghanistan will be the last international games Team India will be playing before the T20 World Cup.
