INDW vs SLW LIVE, 3rd T20I: The Indian bowlers continued their excellent show in the IND vs SL series, with Renuka Thakur picking three wickets early on. But it was Deepti Sharma who picked her 150th wicket in the format. That meant, India stopped the opposition to only 112/7 in their 20 overs. Come the chase, Shafali Verma struck a 24-ball 50 to give India a rousing start. That took India home in just 13.2 overs, leading 3-0 in series.

India Women, fresh off their historic ODI World Cup triumph, have started their T20I preparations strongly by taking a commanding 2-0 lead in the five-match series against Sri Lanka Women. The caravan now moves to Thiruvananthapuram for the last three T20Is. In the 3rd T20I, Harmanpreet Kaur’s side will aim to clinch the series against a struggling Sri Lankan outfit.
