India A vs South Africa A 1st One-Day: Ruturaj Gaikwad's ton powers India A to 4-wicket win

Tilak Varma-led India A have won the 1st One-Day by 4 wickets as Harshit Rana hit the winning run in a 286-run chase, finishing things off with a six. Ruturaj Gaikwad was the architect of the win with a superb 117-run knock in the chase. India A take 1-0 lead in the three-match One-Day series against South Africa. The next match is on Sunday, November 16. 

India are just two runs away from a win off 6 balls but Nitish Kumar Reddy has fallen to Ottneil Baartman.  

10 runs off the last over of Baartman and India need 9 to win in the remaining 12 deliveries. Nitish Kumar Reddy and Nishant Sindhu are on song. 

Nishant Sindhu and Nitish Kumar Reddy are going all guns blazing and India need 19 runs off the last three overs. 

Last five overs now and the equation is 35 runs needed off 30 balls. Nitish Kumar Reddy and Nishant Sindhu on crease. 

A big blow for India in a 286-run chase as Ruturaj Gaikwad departs for 117. Tiaan Van Vuuren gets the big wicket as he cleans up Gaikwad. India still need 57 runs to win with Nitish Kumar Reddy and Nishant Sindhu on the crease. India 230/5 in 42.4 overs.

Ruturaj Gaikwad is just nine runs away from a century as he is batting on 91. India are cruising to a win in Rajkot. India 175/2 in 33 overs with 111 runs still to get.
