It’s just fun to watch some bloopers that happen on the cricket field. On Tuesday, one such incident happened involving Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill, where he made the wrong call during the toss time. Playing against CSK, Shubman had a brief brain fade moment after winning the toss, where he wanted to bowl first, but ended up saying that he wanted to bat.
Though he made a quick correction and clarified, but then, the damage had already been done. The fans had a hearty laugh — the ones present at the stadium, and otherwise as well. Though after winning the toss, Shubman regained his composure.
Shubman said, “We will bowl first. That (against MI) match was physical and mentally exhausting. Everyone is well rested and well settled with 10 teams playing. We get enough rest time between matches. It shows the character of the team, the way our bowlers bounced back against Mumbai. Playing with the same team.
