The series opener at Ian Healy Oval in Brisbane began on Tuesday with Australia U19 posting 243 in 91.2 overs, thanks to a valiant 92 from Steven Hogan. However, Deepesh Devendran’s five-wicket haul (5/45) put India on top early. In response, Vedant Trivedi and Vaibhav Suryavanshi struck centuries to build a commanding lead that Australia could not overcome, setting up a dominant win for the touring side.
