His explosive 76 set the tone before New Zealand fought back with key wickets, including Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli. However, crucial partnerships from Shreyas Iyer-Axar Patel and KL Rahul-Hardik Pandya guided India to victory, securing their first ICC 50-over title since 2013.

The teams finishing in fifth and sixth place will each be awarded $350,000 (INR 2.9 crore), while those in seventh and eighth place will receive $140,000 (INR 1.1 crore). Moreover, all eight participating teams are guaranteed a minimum payout of $125,000 (INR 1 crore).
