Rohit Sharma has laid a strong foundation for taking the revenge of the ODI World Cup defeat to Australia in the final.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma took his revenge on Australia for the ODI World Cup defeat by delivering a blistering 92 off 41 balls in a match on Monday at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground.

Rohit also silenced his critics with this much-needed knock. The Indian captain was under pressure to perform, having been in a rough patch since the Indian Premier League. His strike rate was also under scrutiny for not scoring runs in an explosive manner.

Revenge mission accomplished

Fans were praising the captain’s innings for thrashing Australia in their much-needed win, as they are on a mission to take revenge against the Aussies.
