Ravindra Jadeja was born on December 6, 1988, in Navagam-Khed, Gujarat, India. Jadeja made his debut for the Indian cricket team in 2009 and has since become a key player in all three formats of the game.

His boyhood fear of his father led to his interest in cricket, despite his father’s desire for him to become an Army officer. Jadeja’s mother died in a tragic accident in 2005. Ravindra Jadeja and Rivaba married in April 2016. They also had their first child in 2017.
