That said, the youngest heavyweight champion of all -time Mike Tyson is cornering ‘The Predator; ad has given honest opinions about Ngannou’s current condition.
Turning to X, Mike Tyson wrote, “I am not easily impressed, but @Francis_Ngannou knows how to box. THIS is what dedication looks like. #FuryNgannou #RiyadhSeason.”
Tyson Fury, however, responded to Mike Tyson and depicted what ‘dedication’ looks like, Tyson Fury posted picture of himself sporting the WBC belt and the Ring Magazine title.
He wrote, This is what dedication looks like .”
Tyson Fury won’t have his WBC world title on the line against Francis Ngannou. Hence, ‘The Gypsy King’ will remain the world champion irrespective of the outcome of the fight. However, his boxing reputation will be at stake.
Very few MMA fighters like Vitor Belfort or Anderson Silva have been successful against pro-boxers in a puglistic matchup. Rest, most of the elite MMA fighters like Conor McGregor, Tyron Woodley, Ben Askren, Nate Diaz and many others have failed in boxing matchups.
It remains to be seen whether Francis Ngannou can overcome Tyson Fury. He is clearly the underdog. Despite that, Ngannou is one of the hardest hitters in the world. He might put Fury to sleep by landing a proper fight but that would be a demanding task to do.
