Why did Federal Jury Issues Search Warrant For WWE Chairman Vince McMahon?

Though it has been known that the Federal Jury issued a search warrant for Vince McMahon, the details of the search warrant are still unknown.
However, it might be attributed to the allegations that McMahon paid several million dollars to an ex-female employee to settle misconduct claims. However, as per sources, no charges have been filed against WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.

The Associated Press quoted, McMahon claimed “In 2022, WWE formed a special committee to review allegations of misconduct against me. That review was concluded in November 2022 following an extensive investigation. Throughout this experience, I have always denied any intentional wrongdoing and continue to do so. I am confident that the government’s investigation will be resolved without any findings of wrongdoing

Meanwhile, the CEO of WWE, Nick Khan recently revealed that Vince McMahon will be taking medical leave from WWE. However, the duration of the leave is yet to be known. The reason for the leave was mentioned to be a major spinal surgery that McMahon recently had. The leave would help the WWE chairman to recover.

Moving ahead, WWE has a huge pay-per-view event planned on August 5th. WWE SummerSlam 2023 will take place at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. Until now eight matches have been confirmed for the event. Huge WWE Superstars such as Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar, Jey Uso, Gunther, Logan Paul, Charlotte Flair, and others will be in action at the premium live event.
