The former Inter Milan boss has been without a job since leaving Tottenham ‘by mutual consent.” He was sacked after working for just 16 months in North London. The Italian questioned Tottenham squad’s desire and attitude which ultimately resulted in his departure. Conte was on the radar of some top European clubs and Serie A clubs were keen to get him back. Reigning Serie A winners Napoli and AS Roma were the frontrunners to sign him as the new manager. Juventus made a fresh entry to offer him a return to Italy.

As per the report of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Conte was asked about making a return to Juventus while speaking at an event at the University of Salento. He insisted: ‘Marriages are done in two, you can always dream and hope to get married another time.’

The 54-year-old concluded with a hint on his return to Serie A, ‘The important thing is that there is sharing of thoughts. But now I want to make the most of my free time, continuing to study to broaden my knowledge.’

Antonio Conte won five Serie A titles and one Champions League as a player for Juventus. As a manager, the Italian won three league titles. He may look for a potential return to his former club. He got an offer from Napoli but Conte denied it in favour of spending more time with his family.

As per some good sources, a Saudi Pro League club also suggested his name for the manager job. They approached him in the summer but Conte turned down the offer. He may now replace Massimilano Allegri as the new manager at Turin. The Serie A giants are sitting second in the Serie A table, two points behind Inter Milan.
