  • UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs Spivac | Anshul Jubli TKO Jeka Saragih (3:44 of round 2)

Anshul Jubli won the lightweight division of the Road to UFC competition by defeating Jeka Saragih of Indonesia. He won the bout by technical knockout after finishing it in just two rounds.

In the opening round against Anshul Jubli, Jeka Saragih displayed some showboating, but all it got him was some consistent punishment. Saragih was gradually worn down by Jubli, who eventually gained full mount in the next round. From there, he applied to ground and pound until he ultimately won the lightweight division of “Road to UFC,” which earned him a stoppage and a UFC contract. He joined the second Indian fighter to compete in the UFC.

  • UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs Spivac | Rinya Nakamura KO Toshiomi Kazama (0:33 of round 1)

Rinya Nakamura’s official UFC debut left a considerable impression. Nakamura, 27, defeated Toshiomi Kazama in just 33 seconds to win the Road to UFC bantamweight tournament at UFC Vegas 68, pulling off an early contender for Knockout of the Year. The Japanese prospect started throwing hands wildly before landing a powerful counter left that knocked Kazama out instantly and placed him on the ground.

The son of MMA pioneer Kozo Nakamura, Nakamura (7-0) submitted Gugun Gusman. Subsequently, he knocked out Shohei Nose in the first round of each of his victories in the Road to UFC tournament. He is now a name to watch in the 135-pound division of the UFC.

  • Adam Fugitt TKO Yusaku Kinoshita (4:36 of round 1)

Yusaku Kinoshita was defeated by TKO by Adam Fugitt at 4:36 into the first round. Adam Fugitt’s first UFC win—an unexpected one—comes from this triumph. His professional record now stands at 9-3 after this win.

Yusaku Kinoshita continued to advance but paid the price for it by getting left-hooked to the ground by Fugitt. Fugitt eventually won the struggle and briefly held the lead. While Kinoshita was fumbling, Fugitt had him covered. After mounting Kinoshita, Fugitt elbowed the referee, forcing him inside.

In the opening round, both competitors launched a barrage of kicks. Fugitt was drawn in by Kinoshita’s great right hand. That boosted Kinoshita’s self-assurance as he moved forward. However, the timing of Kinoshita’s head kick allowed Fugitt to finish the match. Kinoshita stood up again, fell immediately twice more, but eventually managed to escape completely.
