Eddie gives Tommy two options to choose from, either to go super heavy to check what is his biggest weight that he can opt for, or choose to perform a bodybuilding workout to make it easier for the shoulder. Eddie himself suggested that being a boxer, it is important for the fighters to take care of their shoulders.

Tommy Fury’s Intense Weight Lifting With Eddie Hall as KSI Fight Talks Emerge

Tommy Fury though, is a strong fighter, but compared to Eddie, he says he for sure cannot lifts weights similar to Eddie. He says he can perform shoulder presses with around 40 kg, which is a decent weight for the shoulders to carry.

The two lifters, decide to perform 50 reps for each workout and gradually keep decreasing by subtracting 10 reps from the initial reps after the completion of each set.

During the training, Eddie Hall asks Tommy Fury about his dream opponent and Tommu answers to it, by saying that he would like to fight Mayweather. He doesn’t mind if he gets to face the legend inside the ring, in an exhibition fight or a formal MMA fight.

Eddie believes that constantly being able to lift weights with longer reps helps the lifters to increase their shoulder power along with shoulder endurance. Eddie looks a lot stronger than Tommy and maintains proper posture even though it might at times look like he wanted to give up. Tommy on the other hand seemed to have a bit of difficulty when the reps gradually decreased and required Eddie’s assistance.

Fans commented on the post with numerous comments complaining about his posture while handling weights, some said that Tommy is “begging for a shoulder injury”, while someone else said “Tommy got the worst possible form I’ve ever seen”.

Tommy Fury also specifically, stated that if he saw a single comment of having a bad form, he would come looking for each single user. Tommy Fury says that as much as he has enjoyed training with Eddie, he also has his next match with KSI in his head, which is why he has been keeping his safety first, and thus the body posture, as it is the safest way to avoid any sort of injury.
