WWE Smackdown Predictions: Here, we have come up with the WWE Smackdown predictions for the upcoming week’s edition, which would be airing from the Thompson Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. So far, no matches have been announced for the show, but we have predicted a few events that could take place on the upcoming edition of Friday Night Smackdown. So, without any further ado, let us plunge into these events.
WWE Smackdown Predictions: Naomi takes out her frustration on Sonya Deville
Week after week, Naomi is being treated like trash. She has been asking WWE authority figure Sonya Deville for a match, but intentionally or unintentionally, Sonya has overlooked the former Smackdown Women’s Champion plea.
Come this Friday night- we could see Naomi finally burst out of frustration and laid her hands on the WWE authority figure. We could witness a raunchy side of Naomi which will surely make her a heel, and she might get incorporated into The Bloodline along with Roman Reigns & The Usos, something that has been hypothesized ever since Naomi returned to the Blue brand.
WWE Smackdown Predictions: Jeff Hardy gets traded to Friday Nights
After winning the WWE Championship this past week on Monday Night Raw, Big E has been traded to Raw, which means there is a spot left on the Blue brand’s roster, and veteran Jeff Hardy could be the perfect fit to fill the void.
Hardy has expressed his desire to face Roman Reigns, and heading to the Blue brand could help him get going with an eventual showdown with the Tribal Chief. Paul Heyman also is a great admirer of Jeff Hardy’s accomplishments, and he has teased a clash in the past between Jeff and Roman. Could this be the time for Jeff Hardy to reinvigorate himself one last time before he hangs his boots for good?
WWE Smackdown Predictions: The Street Profits challenge The Usos for the Smackdown tag-Team Titles at Extreme Rules
Extreme Rules may not be a much-awaited PPV event, but writing it off without quality matches lined up in the match card won’t be a good call. The Street Profits almost had their hands on the Smackdown Tag-Team titles last week on the MSG edition of Smackdown when they almost beat The Usos, if it wasn’t for Roman Reigns making the save.
Come this week- we could see The Street Profits challenging The Usos for a Smackdown Tag-Team Championship match at Extreme Rules. However, it would be interesting to see if The Usos accept the challenge.
