This is a surprising main event set for Monday night Raw. Randy Orton was supposed to challenge the All-Mighty WWE Champion Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules PPV. However, the match has been made official for this Monday night now.
Previously it was announced that Riddle & Randy Orton would defend their Raw Tag-Team titles this week, but on tonight’s Smackdown, it got announced that the match set for Extreme Rules PPV will happen next week on Raw.
WWE Raw: Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya
“The Nightmare” Rhea Ripley will face one-half of the women’s tag-team champions Natalya this Monday night. Rhea Ripley, along with her tag partner Nikki A.S.H, defeated Natalya & Tamina last week in a non-title match, and now one-half women from either team will be colliding against each other.
WWE Raw Preview: Damian Priest to issue a United States Championship open challenge
The United States Champion Damian Priest will issue an open challenge this week on Raw. The Archer of Infamy is set to defend the title at Extreme Rules PPV on September 26 against the Celtic Warrior Sheamus. But prior to the PPV event, he will put his title on the line this week.
