WWE NXT Match Card: Here, we have come up with WWE NXT Match Card for the upcoming week. The start of the NXT 2.0 era was a significant one. Tommaso Ciampa became the new NXT Champion, Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis finally got married and we saw the debut of some second-generation stars.
The show had everything to keep the audience glued to their seats, and following from where they left, a huge championship match has been announced for the upcoming edition. NXT Cruiserweight Champion Kushida returned from the COVID break last week and will be putting his title on the line this Tuesday night against his bitter rival Roderick Strong.
WWE NXT Match Card: Kushida vs. Roderick Strong for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship
NXT Cruiserweight Champion is back after testing negative for the COVID-19 virus. He returned last week on the revamped NXT (NXT 2.0) and interrupted a segment hosted by Malcolm Bivens, the manager of Diamond Mine, who introduced Ivy Nile as the first female member of the faction. Ivy Nile’s real name is Emily Andzulis, and she was a part of The Rock’s Titan Games.
Just after Bivens introduced Nile and had words of praise for The Diamond Mine, Kushida made an appearance. He stood at the entrance ramp and challenged Strong to a match on the same night. Bivens gave a brief thought to the challenge and proposed it for next week. Therefore, the two arch-rivals will square off this week with the NXT Cruiserweight Championship on the line.
WWE NXT Match Card: No other match announced for next week
Besides the NXT Cruiserweight Championship, no other match has been finalized for the upcoming edition of NXT 2.0. However, we will be updating this post if any other match gets added to the NXT match card for next week.
