Seth Rollins vs AJ Styles: How did the matchup come to be?
On April 24, 2023, episode of Monday Night Raw, Triple H introduced the new World Heavyweight Championship. The Game stated that the Championship is exclusive to the Red Brand and a new Champion will be crowned at the 2023 Night of Champions.
Later, a world Heavyweight championship tournament was announced, to crown the new champion. On the May 8th episode of WWE Raw, two Triple Threat Matches took place with the winners of the respective matches, facing each other in the main event, and the winner of the main event reaching the finals of the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament. The same happened on the May 12th episode of WWE SmackDown.
Seth Rollins became the first finalist from Monday Night Raw and AJ became his opponent from Friday Night SmackDown. With that, Seth Rollins and AJ Styles are all set to face each other in the tournament final for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Night of Champions 2023.

Based on the latest betting odds released by BetOnline, it seems like Seth Rollins is confirmed to win against AJ Styles at WWE Night of Champions.
According to the latest betting odds, Rollins is highly favored to become the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion, with -1500 odds, whereas Styles is an Underdog with +600 odds. Also, Rollins is a favorite among the fans to become the new Champion.
Previously, while introducing the new title, Triple H stated “This will be a champion you can be proud of. This will be a champion you can respect, that you can admire. This will be a champion that will defend this championship anywhere, any place, any time, all over the world.“
