After squaring off against Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 38, Ronda Rousey will face Becky Lynch in a highly anticipated singles match at Wrestlemania 39. The idea for next year’s event at SoFi Stadium is to have Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson vs. Roman Reigns and Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch as its two big showcase matches.

Roman Reigns vs. The Rock to determine who the real Head of the Table has been speculated for over a year, and it seems like this dream match would finally take place at Wrestlemania 39. However, the match purely depends on the availability of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson according to his movie schedules. Many speculate that his return could be somewhere in the last quarter of 2022 to have a proper build-up for the match against Roman Reigns.
However, Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch looks to be in pursuit as both ladies are under WWE contract, and setting up this match won’t be an issue for the company. We hope the speculations are right, and we might see both these much-awaited matches at Wrestlemania 39.
