WWE News: The Rock vs. Roman Reigns has been a dream match for years

The rumors of Rock and Roman Reigns battling against each other has been in the making for years. The proposed plan was to have The Rock onboard for WWE Survivor Series to celebrate his 25 years in the company and then set up a clash between the cousin brothers for Wrestlemania 38 in Dallas.

Also, there was a substitute plan in place. It was reported that going by the age of The Rock- it would be tough for him to have a one-on-one match against Roman. Therefore, it was proposed that Roman might team up with either Jimmy or Jey while Rock will team up with the other for a WWE Wrestlemania 38 match. Maybe, this was the reason why WWE didn’t take any action on Jimmy Uso’s DUI arrest.
