Recently, The New Day appeared on the 12/6 episode of NXT to challenge Pretty Deadly for their NXT tag team titles. Shawn Michaels who is the Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative in WWE reported the tag team’s reaction to their appearance this week.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported Shawn Michaels’ wanting the 11-time tag team champion to be on the NXT brand for a long time.

The New Day will face Pretty Deadly for the NXT Tag Team Titles at NXT Deadline this Saturday, December 10th.
