WWE News: This latest WWE news piece is related to John Cena and The Rock. Cena has returned to WWE and is looking forward to putting down Roman Reigns & his arrogant Universal Title run.
Recently, the 16-time World Champion sat down for an interview with ET Tonight, where he was asked about The Rock and his possible return to the company. In the interview, Cena was asked about The Rock’s WWE future & seemingly, Cena praised The People’s Champ by saying that a return of The Rock will be great for both Rock & WWE. Cena only had praise for The Rock and said,
“Dwayne Johnson is a star in his own universe. There is no one like him. There will never be anyone like him. For him to be gracious enough to return to WWE, its own global entertainment phenomenon, that’s great for WWE & it is great for The Rock.”
Cena continued further and said,
“As a fan of WWE, I really hope he returns. I think it would be special for everyone.”

It seems like The Rock has no interest in returning to WWE anytime soon. In a recent interview, he denied all the reports indicating his possible WWE return. For those who are unaware, The Rock was scheduled to appear at WWE Survivor Series in November to celebrate his 25th Anniversary with the company, but the People’s Champ has now denied all such reports.

This past week on Friday Night Smackdown, Cena laid down an official challenge to face Roman at WWE Summerslam, but the champ rejected the idea.
Therefore, right now, Cena is without a match at Summerslam, but this is just the beginning of this feud and the way WWE has promoted Cena vs. Roman even before the former returned, a Summerlsm clash between the two stalwarts is still a booming possibility.
