“He would be fantastic. He is what we do. What he does is a little less predictable. Our surprises are getting people to show up at random and trying to weave the choose-your-own-adventure to a different alley. His surprises are getting a few teeth knocked out or getting an operation. Not to say that doesn’t happen with us, mistakes happen with us. But in his profession, it’s not a mistake. It’s a certainty.”
On being asked would he like to see Conor in a WWE ring, John Cena said that he wishes to see him perform.
“I hope because I want to see it. At my core, I’m a fan, and he’s interesting. He has a gravity about him. I want to see him perform.”

Besides being a WWE Superstar, John Cena is a Hollywood star as well, and he has been juggling his workload between WWE & Hollywood pretty well. His last WWE appearance came last month at the Summerslam PPV when he lost to Roman Reigns in a Universal Championship.
Cena flew back to Hollywood after the loss. There are speculations that he might return on the Madison Square Garden edition of WWE Smackdown next week, but nothing could be confirmed, as of yet.

McGregor has always been harder to convince for a WWE run. The company has tried in the past having the UFC star onboard, however, they have not got any success because McGregor has slammed the industry in the past and criticized them for their scripted nature of fights.
Irrespective of his views on WWE, Conor McGregor is currently nursing a broken leg and eyeing a return to UFC. But is there any chance of having this formidable UFC star in WWE ever? God knows.
