WWE News: Beth Phoenix is all set to leave WWE NXT 2.0- WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix is leaving NXT 2.0 commentary team. Beth, also known as ‘The Glamazon,’ took to Twitter to reveal that Sunday’s WarGames event will be her last as WWE NXT commentator.
In her long note, Phoenix thanked his broadcast mates Vic Joseph, Wade Barrett, Tom Phillips, Mauro Ranallo, Nigel McGuinness, along with the NXT management team, including Triple H, Michael Cole, and Shawn Michaels. Below is what Beth wrote in her note,

“Ahead of WarGames, I wanted to share that this Sunday will be my final night in NXT,” she wrote. “While I will remain a part of WWE, I have made the choice to step away from the weekly broadcast booth to spend more time with my family. This was not an easy decision, as I have loved my three-plus years and 135 episodes with NXT and am incredibly proud of the brand. I will forever be grateful to Vic Joseph, Wade Barrett, Nigel McGuinness, Tom Phillips, Mauro Ranallo, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Michael Cole, and my entire NXT family both in and out of the ring for the amazing opportunity. NXT will always be a part of me, and Auntie Betty will always be a part of NXT. Leave the porch light on for me!”

Beth has mentioned in her note that she is looking forward to spending more time with her family.- This is perhaps the main reason she is parting ways from NXT for the time being.

WWE News: Will Beth Phoenix head to Monday Night Raw?
Rumors suggest that WWE is hoping to bring Beth Phoenix on Monday Night Raw to incorporate her in The Miz and Edge’s budding storyline. WWE is hoping to have a coupe vs. couple scenario for the Miz & Edge storyline as Beth is the real-life wife of the Rated-R Superstar. The Miz returned with his wife Maryse this past week on Monday Night Raw and interrupted Edge’s segment.
The two men exchanged words in the middle of the ring and got personal with their comments. With Maryse by Miz’s side, WWE is hoping to have Beth Phoenix aligned with her husband Edge so that the couple vs. couple scenario in this storyline could happen.- This also gives hope to a future Edge & Phoenix vs. Miz & Maryse bout.
