WWE Bray Wyatt: After Braun Strowman, Bray Wyatt released from WWE- The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on Saturday announced the release of star wrestler Bray Wyatt. “WWE has come to terms on the release of Bray Wyatt. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors,” the WWE confirmed via a tweet post. Wyatt, real name Windham Rotunda, had joined the WWE in 2009 and he was nowhere to be seen since his loss to Randy Orton at Wrestlemania 37.

Wyatt is the son of the former WWE superstar Irwin R. Schyster and entered the WWE as Husky Harris.

Bray Wyatt held Raw and Smackdown Tag Team championships apart from being two-time universal champion and one-time WWE champion. He has also played matches against John Cena and The Undertaker at Wrestlemania.

While he has chosen to remain quiet on social media, fellow wrestlers and fans have expressed shocking responses.

‘I really am at a loss for words… thank you so much Windham for everything you’ve done for this company. The most fun I’ve had is working with you. Such an amazing talent & the most kind person. I’m just in shock,’ tweeted Alexa Bliss.

‘Brother I’m waiting !!!!!! (sic),’ wrote Adam Scherr.

Wyatt joins a list of superstars who have parted ways with the WWE. They are Mickie James, Aleister Black, The Iconic, among others.

He could reportedly feature in AEW which has signed many former WWE talents including Cody Rhodes, Malakai Black, FTR, Chris Jerico among others. It is speculated that CM Punk is also likely to join the wrestling platform.
