Video: The message Jon Jones has for bullies

He stated, “I was a kid that was bullied when I was growing up and it’s a terrible thing to go through. The cool thing is you always remember the people who discouraged the people who were brave enough to sit with you instead of leaving you alone. Or the people that are brave enough to stand up for you. It goes a long way, guys don’t be a bully. It s***s. It’s a weak trait.”

Jones added, “Me today as a world champion fighter who could pretty much beat up anybody I never bully anybody. You know I use my influence, my power. I try to do it for good to lift people up but to break people down. Remember cowards are bullies. It takes a lot more courage to stand up for the people that are being a boy.”

Bullying of any kind is wrong, and if it occurs, one should support the sufferer, like the 11-year-old did when he witnessed the bullying. As a result of his action, he gained popularity throughout the internet.
