Tokyo Olympics: Team India captain Virat Kohli cheers for Indian athletes ahead of Tokyo Olympics – Team India captain Virat Kohli, who is in England for the five-match Test series starting from August 4, is cheering for the Indian athletes going for the Tokyo Olympics. BCCI’s official Twitter handle posted a video of Kohli on Sunday. Tokyo Olympics is scheduled to start from 22nd July.
Former India cricketer Suresh Raina also posted a tweet to cheer the Indian team at Olympics. “It fills us with immense pride to see our country represent at the Tokyo Olympics, my best wishes to the team! You have the nation’s support, go get it!@ianuragthakur @KirenRijiju @Media_SAI @IndianOlympians #Tokyo2020#Cheer4India,” Raina wrote on Twitter.

Officially Olympic Games will be opened on 22nd July, though the first competition (Baseball & Football) is scheduled for 21st July. Olympic Games will be played till 8th August. The Tokyo 2020 Games will feature a record 33 competitions and 339 events held across 42 competition venues.
