Tokyo Game Show 2021: Xbox reveal schedule and time for its showcase in the event

Tokyo Game Show 2021 starts from Thursday, September 30 and like other major events this event will also be entirely held digitally. A total of 44 programs will be livestreamed in the Tokyo Game Show 2021 over the course of four days. Giant game developers including Konami, miHoYo, Square Enix, Xbox, Ubisoft and others will hold their presentations almost every hour. Xbox recently revealed the timing of their virtual stream in the Tokyo Game Show event.

A recent post from Xbox Wire revealed that the showcase virtual stream of Xbox in the Tokyo Game Show 2021 will start broadcasting from 5 AM EST on September 29 or 6 PM JST on September 30. The post also said, “As games close the distance between people, we invite our players to celebrate the joy and community of gaming with us. Similar to last year, this will be a show curated for our players in Japan and across Asia. Expect a celebration with our Asia community and local relevant updates, though no new global debuts should be expected. Latest regionally relevant updates on previously announced games coming later this year.

This post gave players a lot of clarity of what kind of announcements that are expected from the livestream. No big debuts or world premieres will be revealed during their livestream but a celebration is expected for the Asia gaming community. The livestream could be viewed on Xbox’s official social channels in Korea, China and Japan. The Xbox showcase will also be the part of the main TGS 2021 event and a lot of new announcements are expected from the whole event.
