Sri Lanka Cricket has signed a sponsorship deal with country’s leading real estate player Homeland Group. The deal will grant Homeland Group the official Real Estate Partner status.

The Sri Lankan cricket team may be struggling on the ground in India but back home Sri Lanka Cricket has signed another sponsorship deal. SLC entered into an agreement with the leading real estate player of the country, Homeland Group as its real estate partner. As per the information the sponsorship agreement between the parties is for a period of three (03) years. Homeland group will be listed as the governing body’s real estate partner for the next three years in a deal that covers all of Sri Lanka’s national cricket teams.

The agreement will see the Homeland Group benefit from brand exposure during national team games played at venues across the country. The financial terms of the deal have not been made public.

The agreement was exchanged between the two parties at an official ceremony. SLC was represented by its President Thilanga Sumathipala and Secretary Mr. Mohan De Silva and the Homeland Group by its Chairman/Managing Director, Mr. Nalin Herath and General Manager, Operating Mr. Hiran Gunasekera.

Earlier this year SLC has singed sponsorship agreements with global brands like Coca Cola and Huawei.
