Trophy parade after Real’s 35th La Liga title – Ancelotti was seen enjoying Real’s 35th La Liga title as he celebrated with a cigar with the trio of Brazilian players Vinicius Jr, Eder Militao, Rodrygo Goes, and also Austrian star David Alaba. All of them were seen standing behind the boss, who took during the trophy parade in the Spanish capital. The 62-year-old was also seen in a vintage pose during the group photo shared on social media, doing justice to his popular nickname ‘Don Carlo‘.
On Saturday, Real Madrid won their 35th La Liga title by beating Espanyol 4-0. In 2014-15 season Ancelotti won the double of Champions League and Copa del Rey, while winning the Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup the following season. On his return to the club from Everton this season, Ancelotti won the Spanish Super Cup and has now completed the set by winning the La Liga title.
The legendary Italian’s success on Saturday means that he is the only manager to have won league titles in all major World Cup-winning nations in Europe. He won the Serie A with AC Milan, Premier League with Chelsea, French Ligue 1 with Paris Saint-Germain, Bundesliga with Bayern Munich and now the La Liga with Real Madrid.

Work to be done in the Champions League – The title celebrations will now be cut short as Ancelotti and Real get ready for their next quest as they face Manchester City in the return leg of the Champions League semi-final. The 13-time European champions will have to come from behind as they trail 3-4 from the first leg. The Italian has already got the better of his two former sides in the knock-out phase, having beaten Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea.
