PUBG Mobile crosses 1 billion downloads since launch, now only behind Subway Surfers, Candy Crush Saga- Gaming app PUBG Mobile has reached a landmark of downloads. As per Tencent, the popular battle royale games has crossed 1 billion downloads outside China. Sensor Tower, an analytics firm says that PUBG Mobile is only behind Kiloo Games’ Subway Surfers and King Digital Entertainment’s Candy Crush Saga.

PUBG Mobile comes with various modes but battle royale is the most popular mode. The mode includes a group of fighters who play until a single player survives the battle.

“PUBG Mobile achieving 1 billion downloads shows that core games, in this case a AAA Battle Royale title based on the PC IP of the same name, can achieve the same scale in the mobile space,” said Daniel Ahmad, an analyst with Niko Partners.
