PKL Auction Star Sports LIVE: Check full schedule from August 29 to 31
Day 1: New Young players Draft from 6.30 PM onwards
Day 2: Overseas players auction from 3 PM onwards, LIVE broadcast of category A domestic players auction on Star Sports from 6.30 PM onwards
Day 3: Category B, C, and D and unallocated players auction set to begin at 10.30 PM onwards on the third and final day.
How do I track the vivo Pro Kabaddi player auction?
Insidesport.co will have all the LIVE updates from the auction. The auction for the Category A players will also be telecast live on Star Sports and Disney+ Hotstar on the 30th of August.
As per Vivo Pro-Kabaddi website, the thee-day auctions will comprise more than 450 players who will go under the hammer in Mumbai. Each franchise can spend Rs 4.4 crores to build their teams and avail a maximum of two Final Bid match cards, depending on player retention.
Some of the big players in the auction pool are Pradeep Narwal, Ajay Thakur, Rahul Chaudhari, and Rohit Kumar. In season 6, six players had hit the 1 crore mark including Nitin Tomar and Siddharth Desai. The auction pool is divided into Rs four categories: Category A is INR 30 lakhs, B is INR 20 lakhs, C INR 10 lakhs, and D is INR 6 lakhs.
The auction centre will have all the details such as the player’s previous team in Season 7, base price, position, category (Category A, B, C, D, or NYP) and the current bid amount. Additionally, fans can also know in-depth statistics such as the number of matches the player has played, raid and tackle points, Super 10s, and High 5s.
