Paul Heyman joined forces with The Imperium
On Monday Night Raw this week, a main event was announced, where Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens faced Finn Balor and Damian Priest in a tag team match. However, prior to the match, Paul Heyman was seen along with the Imperium backstage. In the segment, Gunther was seen shaking hands with Paul Heyman.
Following that, the Imperium ran interference in the match between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens vs Damian Priest and Finn Balor, where Balor and Priest defeated Owens and Zayn.

The match began with Sami Zayn and Finn Balor. The two charged furiously at each other. Meanwhile, Balor called Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio out at ringside.
Moving on, Owens and Priest locked horns and Owens delivered a senton and then a cannonball to Priest. Dominik Mysterio interfered and the referee ejected Ripley and Mysterio from ringside. Meanwhile, Paul Heyman came out.
Sami Zayn and Finn Balor once again locked horns. Zayn delivered a Michinoku Driver and Balor came with the Sling blade. The Imperium walked out.
Zayn delivered a Helluva kick to Balor and went for another one. However, Gunther pulled his leg. Balor took advantage of the distraction and nailed the Coup de Grace for the win. Thus, Finn Balor and Damian Priest defeated Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.
