NBA Draft 2020: We are less than a day away from the NBA Draft 2020. As the draft kicks off virtually, the Boston Celtics will have a busy draft night as they have 4 draft picks this time. They can choose to trade their picks or pick a rookie.
The 17-Time World Champions have acquired the 14th pick from the Memphis Grizzlies, were awarded the 26th pick, and acquired the 30th pick from the Milwaukee Bucks.
They have an additional pick (#47) in the second round of the NBA Draft 2020 as well.
The Celtics have efficient player-depth at every position. They have a roster full of talented young players including Jason Tatum, Jayleen Brown, and Marcus Smart.
The general manager, Danny Ainge tried to get a higher pick by trading his 3 picks in the first round. Although, no other team seemed interested in that.
