NBA Draft 2020: Micheal Joradan gives his “seal of approval” for Hornets to pick LaMelo Ball

NBA Draft 2020: With the NBA Draft 2020 just hours away, the Charlotte Hornets have received the “seal of approval” from the G.O.A.T Micheal Jordan for drafting LaMelo Ball.

LaMelo Ball could be in play for the Charlotte Hornets with the third overall pick, according to Kevin O’Connor.

While LaMelo was bound to be a top 3 pick, he could be seen in the Hornets jersey if the Timberwolves and Golden State decide to go the other way.

Scouting Report of LaMelo Ball:

LaMelo Ball is an excellent ball-handler who uses hesitations and pump fakes to create space and shoot. He uses advanced moves but always remains in control and dictates the pace. He has an elite touch and attempts many floaters.

He is averaging 17.0 points, 7.6 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and a field goal of 42.5% per game.

Kevin O’Connor also stated that the Warriors have discussed a trade with the Chicago Bulls that would involve swapping the Nos. 2 and 4 picks and sending Wendell Carter Jr. to the Bay Area.

Charlotte has Devonte’ Graham and Terry Rozier, but neither of those figures can be the foundational star Kemba Walker was for the franchise.

Ball can prove to be the long-term point guard. Will he play for the Charlotte Hornets in the 2020-21 NBA season?
